I'm a fan (and you should be too) because... Allison Iraheta is an incredible talent. I had no idea who she was the first time that I saw her, and after her first interview with Ryan, I was worried how well she would do.
That all changed the moment she started to sing "Alone". I was blown away by her voice and have been a fan of her ever since.

Week after week, she got stronger.Her prodigious talent and stage presence was a sight to behold.

Of course, Simon always had to nit pick about her personality, or her clothes. Worse than that, America placed her unjustly in the bottom 3 numerous times, but each week after an appearance in the bottom three, she came back fighting with moving performances such as: "Papa Was a Rolling Stone", "I Can't Make You Love Me", and "Someone to Watch Over Me."

This is a girl who never gives up. Her performances captivate you. She's a down-to-earth, beautiful person, with plenty of personality to go around. Also, there's nothing fake about her; she's as real as you get. This makes us fans love her even more.

May 6th 2009 will forever be known as the day The Rock Goddess was eliminated during Rock Week. Did she falter then? No. She gave an even more moving rendition of Janis Joplin's "Cry Baby" than the night before, and laughed alongside the top 3 guys afterward.

If Allison's proven anything through her time on Idol, and during the Tour, it's that she was born to sing and be on stage. Not many nine-year-olds lofty dreams of performing on Idol one day are always fulfilled. Allison is the exception. She's worked hard doing what she loves since she was the age of five and now look where she is today.

Now, she's got a record deal, and I have a feeling I will be listening to her music for many more years to come. Pay attention this time America: for you will soon be buying this future legend's album.
